Toss out your mascara, ditch the eyelash curler. At R’s Eyelash Design (15 Purchase St, #6, Rye 212-557-6227; r-eyelash.com) you can choose the length, curl, and design of your eyelashes. Rika Uematsu of Rye Brook opened it last fall as an, ahem, extension of her salon in midtown Manhattan.
"I noticed that many of my customers in the City were coming from Westchester," she says. "I felt there was a need for a professional salon that specialized in eyelash extensions here in the County."
