Nearly 550 people celebrated Hudson Valley Hospital Center’s 49th annual auxiliary event held at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor. The celebration raised approximately $500,000 to help pay for major renovations and expansion of the hospital. The hospital is planning on a new four-story private-room patient tower and an expanded Emergency Department. “The gala is the centerpiece of our annual fundraising efforts,” says Hudson Valley Hospital President John Federspiel, “and it celebrated three individuals who are so meaningful to our building campaign.” They are Jeanne Riedel of Yorktown Heights, Entergy’s Michael Balduzzi of Cortlandt Manor, and Pat and Marion Dugan of Garrison, New York. Guests were treated to cocktails and a raw bar before dinner and dancing. There was also a silent auction. Among the items bid on: a 10-day Amazon cruise for two, a week in Cabo San Lucas, and a five-night stay in Honduras.
