People have kept diaries for centuries, but most would blanch at the idea of displaying theirs in a museum for all to see. Not so the brave artists included in the newest exhibition at the Neuberger Museum of Art. For Dear Diary: Update All, artists have created site-specific installations and digital works exploring the diary form. They touch on all of those sensitive topics that come up in personal journals, including identity, self-perception, culture, and political documentation. Dear Diary: Update All will be on view from December 16 to March 23.
