IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!

Join us for our 4th Annual COOKTOBERFEST, a food and beer debacle like no other, in partnership with Captain Lawrence Brewery. This year there’s gonna be a ton of wiener and we really don’t give a schnitzel!  So don't miss it because your dreams of being surrounded by glistening carnage, tubular meat, bubbling goulash, spatzle, fermented cabbages, mustards, pretzels and beer have finally come true.  Suds will flow like an amber-colored river from the shiny taps of Captain Lawrence and of course, serious live music!  This event always sells out so get your tickets now.  

Included in ticket price:  Admission, food, beer, live music and good times!

COOKTOBERFEST 2015 MENU

CARVING STATION

Pork Belly Pastrami, whole slaps of melting pork belly “pastrami style” sliding off  of our chefs long blade. 

The Cookery’s Whole Roasted Suckling Pig, it wouldn’t be a party without it 

Ribs, crispy pork ribs that took a 5 hour duck fat bath before we fried them to crisp to your liking. These ribs will snuggle up to some sweet and sour pumpkin. 

Striped Bass, one big catch “not from the hudson river” stuffed with braised cabbage, all wrapped up with smokey bacon and sliced 

SLOP STATION

Bangers and Mash, curd whipped potatoes served out of melting wheel of parmigiano and topped with tubular meats such as bratwurst, kielbasa & hunter sausage 

Cookery Stroganoff, stewed goat in a sauce of sour cream, raisins, mustard & mushrooms over our fat silky pappardelle noodle

Goulash, tender chunks of beef cheeks in a rich sauce served out of a big ass pumpkin.

PASSED SMALL-ISH PLATES 

Perogi, stuffed with savory pumpkin, fried and topped with sweet caramelized onion 

Weiner on a Roll, house made brat hog topped with curried ketchup 

Holy Schnitzel and Waffles breaded and fried fresh ham with waffles and lingonberry

PIZZA TRUCK

The Rye Pie, sauerkraut, smoked scamorza, beschiamela & caraway seed

Brussels Sprouts, shaved brussels sprouts, applewood bacon, strachino cheese

Weiner Pie, sliced franks, mustard sauce and house made relish

Pie Pumpkin, pumpkin puree, mozzarella, sage, bacon fried cahsews
