Carefully selected artisan sake will be paired with Auberge-style cuisine by award-winning Chef Marc Lippman of Equus.
The Sake Samurai (awarded by The Japan Sake Brewers Association Junior Council) Timothy Sullivan from Urbansake and Chizuko Niikawa from Sake Discoveries will be pouring 4 different kinds of artisan sake. Clean, crisp Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo, a refreshing unpasteurized sunflower yeast Amabuki Junmai Ginjo, rich, bold classic Tengumai Yamahai Junmai, and a very unique no-sugar added plum sake from Nanbu Bijin as a complement to Chef's Fried Oysters with Siracha and Oshinko, Peking Duck Spring Rolls, and Soft Shell Crab "Sliders" with Ginger Aioli.
