Nia is a mindful and joyful sensory based movement practice that engages awareness around the connections between the body, mind, spirit and emotions by applying the energy styles from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Nia encourages joy, healing and empowerment for people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Nia is a personal journey that positively shapes the way you feel, look and live. Classes are taken in bare feet to soul-stirring music.
