Headliner, Eddie Brill, worked on The Late Show with David Letterman for 17 years. Brill has taped more than 100 television shows in six different countries. His many acting roles include the FX hit series Louie and the film 30 Years to Life with Tracy Morgan. Brill is a three-time MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs) Award-winner for Outstanding Male Stand-up Comic in NYC. Brill currently is the creative director of the Great American Comedy Festival, honoring Johnny Carson.
Preceding Brill on stage will be comedian Lyall Behrens, known for his celebrity impressions and unique brand of charismatic act outs of social satire. Behrens moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where he launched his stand-up career, performing across California including shows at the Comedy Store in Hollywood, Ventura Harbor Comedy Club, and San Francisco’s Club Deluxe, among others. The evening emcee, Abby Rosenquist, is a New York-based comedian by way of Omaha. She won the title of Philly’s Phunniest Person in 2017 and has received invitations to perform at prestigious festivals nationwide including Just for Laughs in Montreal and the Moontower Comedy & Oddity Festival.
Doors for the comedy shows open at 7:00 p.m., with performances beginning at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are sold at the door the night of each show. Admission includes a complimentary drink ticket and is only $5 for Empire Club members and $25 for non-members; non-members can stop by any promotions booth prior to the show and join the Empire Club for free. Elite- and President-level Empire Club members gain free admission.
