On July 4th, join Executive Chef Matt Kay of Cedar Street Grill in Dobbs Ferry as he roasts up a few suckling pigs for his tasty Pulled Pork Siders. Enjoy a plate of freshly pulled pork right off the spit, topped with apple slaw and Cedar Street Grill’s House BBQ Sauce served on a brioche bun ($3/slider).
For the seafood lovers, indulge in a fresh oyster raw bar serving up east and west coast oysters ($2/oyster). Enjoy Happy Hour specials at the bar including $2 Pabst Blue Ribbon drafts, $5 craft beer drafts, $5 well drinks. Cedar Street Grill will also be serving up some specialty cocktails including a Rose Sangria and Arnold Palmers with freshly squeezed lemonade and Kentucky Bourbon; all specialty cocktails served up in a mason jar for $6/glass. Live music from Jimmy Tate from 5:00PM-9:00PM.
