A Celebration of Color & Light: Paintings by Daniel Rush Schwartz
A new collection of paintings by Irvington artist Daniel Rush Schwartz will be exhibited in the Martucci Gallery at the Irvington Public Library August 3 through August 30. Gallery hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Daniel’s acrylic paintings are a celebration of color and light. These contemporary paintings include dramatic landscapes, colorful florals,
vivid still life and attractive figurative images.
Daniel studied drawing and painting at SUNY Purchase, Rockland Center for the Arts and the Westchester Art Workshop. In addition, his paintings have been exhibited in galleries and public venues in Westchester and Rockland Counties.
