This is a workshop for writers and non-writers alike! Each session of this 5-week series introduces new mindfulness techniques around a theme. Drawing from yoga, meditation, reiki, method acting, and sacred geometry, we design a weekly, multi-sensory experience to open blockages and fuel creativity.
This class is perfect for busy adults seeking to nurture their inner creative spark. When career and family have eclipsed creative pursuits, it's important to make time to stoke the fires of the imagination, for one's overall wellbeing.
