This event occurs weekly, on Thursday.
Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Ages 10 to adult.
Everyone is creative in some way, whether it is planning an exquisite meal, knitting a gorgeous scarf, painting a masterpiece, or crafting a handmade card. Come together and share a moment with other creative individuals. Bring your own project to work on or open one of the library’s Art Boxes for an easy, self-directed project. Work in family groups or with a group of friends. This is a great opportunity for families to spend some quality time together. We ask that school age children come with an adult. Attend every week or periodically when available. There are plenty of supplies on hand on the Art Cart as well as some coloring books in case you want a calm, meditative task. All are encouraged to share their work in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Facilitated by Jen Armbruster and Debbie Rizzo, one or both of whom will be available each week to answer questions, provide suggestions, offer feedback, or organize an exhibition of the work in a Library display case.
For questions, you can email the library at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 914-669-5161. You can also email Jen at email@example.com or Debbie at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
