Morton’s The Steakhouse is a hosting Robert L. Pepi Wine Dinner. The Napa and Sonoma Valley winemaker will guide diners on a tasting of wines from North and South America. The five-course meal includes colossal shrimp cocktail and Roma tomato and mozzarella, mini jumbo lump crab cakes and tuna tartare canapés, petite lamb chops, New York strip steak with a twice-baked potato and sautéed garlic green beans; and an assortment of domestic cheeses. |
