1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
7 cups filtered or spring water
¾ tsp liquid stevia extract, or to taste
fresh mint for garnish
Purée strawberries in a high-powered blender and push through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds. Combine purée, lemon juice, water, and stevia extract in large serving pitcher and whisk well to combine. Chill before serving neat or over ice. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
Add rum, tequila, or vodka for a refreshing summer cocktail.
