Westchester Home invites professional architects and interior designers to enter their most stunning work in our ninth Design Contest. What are we looking for? Our panel of judges will rate originality, function, comfort, and of course, great design. The finalists will be featured in our Spring 2020 issue; winners announced in March at our Design Contest Celebration. The 9th Annual Home Design Contest is now open to the Hudson Valley. 
The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. November 15, 2019.

* For Whole Home Design entries, photos of most of the interior rooms are necessary.

► You will be taken to a "Thank You" page and receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. You will also receive an email confirmation when your entry has been submitted. If you do not receive an email, please try submitting again.

        ► Professional high resolution photos are required upon entry into the Design Awards.

► If the project being entered was designed or created with another professional, please list them as a co-finalist. If other professionals helped with the project but did not co-design or co-create, please list them under other contributors.

► All finalists will be notified by February 3, 2020. If you do not hear from us, your entry was not named a finalist.

Who is Eligible?
All designs must be of Westchester County or Hudson Valley homes. All designers and architects from Westchester, Hudson Valley, and surrounding areas are invited to enter, regardless of professional affiliation. Designers of Westchester and Hudson Valley homes from New York City and vicinity are also welcome to enter. Anyone can enter more than one category, there is no limit. All entries must include professional photographs of the designs in high resolution (300 dpi or higher) formats. Please limit your number of images to no more than 10.
*All projects should be real projects done for real clients, not showroom displays.*

Judging
Members of the editorial department of Westchester Home Magazine, designers, and experts from the area will form a panel to select the winners. They’ll be looking for originality, function, comfort, and, of course, design.

What’s in it for You?
The finalists in each category will be showcased in the 2020 Spring issue of Westchester Home; winners will be announced at the 2020 Design Contest Awards Celebration, in March 2020.

Contest Deadline
The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. November 15, 2019.

Terms & Conditions
·  Projects must be located in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley, and should be real projects done for real clients, not showroom displays.
·  Projects should be new and completed within the past year
·  The same project can be entered in more than one category.
·  Anyone can enter more than one category, there is no limit.
·  The projects cannot have appeared in any regional or national publication
·  Photos must be professionally shot
·  Award-winning entries may not be published in any other publication without written consent from Westchester Home until June 17, 2020
