AJ Fusco, bartender at Craftsman Ale House

The Harrison establishment's barman suggests a Bloody Mary that’s “as spicy as possible to make you forget about the headache.”

The Ingredients:

2 oz Premium Vodka
4 oz Tomato juice
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp Prepared horseradish
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch Celery salt
1 pinch Ground black pepper
1 pinch Smoked paprika

Rob Milano, bartender at New Rochelle’s Beechmont Tavern

Rob Milano also suggests a Bloody Mary, because he says it provides the two things that help any hangover: alcohol and vitamins. His Bloody Mary features vodka soaked jalapeños for an extra kick.

Annarose Russo, Bar Manager at Growlers Beer Bistro

“My signature one is called a Colorado Bulldog. It has cured every hangover I've ever seen, from tequila to craft beer to Jameson. It is a drink layered over ice, served in a highball glass with a straw.”

The Ingredients:

1 oz Triple 8 Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
Equal parts whole milk and Coca-Cola to fill the glass.

Jeremy McLellen, general manager of The Mill in Hastings-on-Hudson

McLellen heeds the advise of his father when it come to a hangover. “2 Alka-Selters dropped in a ice cold can of Coors Light. It has to be Coors Light, it has to be a can, and it has to be ice cold," he says. "The mountains have to be blue.”

Gina McCue of Horsefeathers in Tarrytown

McCue suggests a more traditional hangover cure that many find after that first party freshman year of college. She says that when her customers come in looking for a hangover cure, they are not looking for a drink. “They come in for a greasy burger," she says. "That always does them right."
