1. Clark Moore’s ‘Turkish Delight’

Harper's92 Main St, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522

• 1.5 oz Cardamom

• 1 oz Pistachio milk

• 0.5 oz pear liqueur

• 0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup

• 0.5 oz Jasmine liqueur

• 3 drops of Rose Water

• Absinth rinse

Shake all together and serve on the rocks in an old fashioned glass with crushed pistachio garnish.
