Concierge Auctions, the Manhattan-based online real estate auction house, is gearing up to welcome some new Westchester homeowners, as they prepare to put up three separate properties that will sell — without reserve — to the highest bidder next week.

The homes, in Katonah, Bedford, and Briarcliff Manor, will be open for bidding for several days, at which point the best bidders becomes happy homeowners. Check out the properties below to see if you might be interested in an upgrade (or just to spy the new kids on the block).

The most spacious of the three properties, this 7,894 square-foot home sits on four acres of land and features four full-baths, 2 half-baths, and four bedrooms including a “master retreat” and two guest suites. A library, three fireplaces, putting green, built-in barbecue, and multiple patios ensure you’ll have ample room for entertaining all year long. Previously listed at $2.695 million, bidding will open on Tuesday, July 24 at 4 p.m. The property will sell in partnership with Diane Tynan of Coldwell Banker.

91 Old Corner Road, Bedford

A bit smaller but potentially pricier, this Bedford home has a private lakefront location on a whopping 4.45 acres. 6-bed/4-bath also includes a chef’s kitchen, master retreat with marble bath, gated drive, wraparound deck, second-floor patio, tennis court, pool, and three-car garage (attached). Previously listed at $3.795 million, this property will sell in cooperation with Diane Tynan and Candice Stafford, both of Coldwell Banker. Bidding opens 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25.

100 Scarborough Station Road, Briarcliff Manor

Practically a bargain at a previous asking price of only $1.865 million, this recently renovated home was originally built in 1748 (yes, it’s older than the United States). This 6-bedroom/5.1-bath sports separate tiled and bubble jet tubs in the master suite, formal dining room capable of seating sixteen, wine cellar, exercise room, heated hardwood floors, and a view of the river from practically any room (and a Juliet balcony for good measure), making it the ideal balance between modern convenience and old world aesthetic. The home will sell in conjunction with Justine Flanagan of Houlihan Lawrence. Bidding begins Friday, July 27 at 4 p.m.
