Wine & Food Week Recipes: Chocolations' Chocolate-Dipped Potato Chips

They're very simple, and they're very delicious.



Chocolate-Dipped Potato Chips

Ingredients:

» Thick, sturdy potato chips (at Chocolations, we use ridged, kettle potato chips)
» High-quality chocolate for melting.

Directions:

Put a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet pan.

Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and put in the microwave. Set on medium for 30 seconds. Stir, and continue melting at 30 second intervals until completely melted.

Dip each potato chip half way into the chocolate and place on sheet pan.

Cool at room temperature or place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
