All About Value

After the onset of the Great Recession, how have kitchen appliance tastes changed?

The magic word is now VALUE. Curto’s Appliances has dealt with a myriad of clients in the last year, from small business owners, city policemen, newscasters to Wall Street executives, and they all sing the same song – having the biggest, best and most expensive on the block isn’t what’s important any longer. People want their dollars to travel far in terms of looks, performance and service. The winner in 2009 has clearly been the Electrolux brand which has rolled out a multi-million dollar ad campaign centered around Kelly Ripa, touting their new appliance line’s efficiency, looks and affordability – talk about affordability,

Electrolux allows consumers to put together professional-looking kitchen for less than $6,000. They offer an entire suite including dishwashers, laundry, ovens and wine refrigerators, and have backed their products with strong rebate programs. There is a reason why the Electrolux display in Curto’s showroom receives so much traffic. It’s all about the V-A-L-U-E folks.
