The Mason M.V.S.

The industrial building has a brick and zinc — the “mason” — facade and floor-to-ceiling steel casement windows. Perfect for commuters, it’s located at the Mamaroneck Village Station (M.V.S.) and is in very close proximity to I-95.This is called the Village’s MAKER Zone (short for Manufacturing, Artisanal foods & arts, Knowledge economy, Environmental buffers, and Recreation.).
The $35 million residential project and is split into three five-story buildings that include 96 luxury studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and four townhomes. Norden Lofts Luxury Apartments
If you’re looking for suburban luxury with more of an industrial feel, the Norden Lofts Luxury Apartments in White Plains are now open for leasing.
Let’s first start with its location — it’s located right near the Bronx iver and the Metro-North Railroad tracks. The area was once strongly industrial with garages, manufacturing buildings and more populating the space. Once the local government allowed construction of housing in this area, the Norden Lofts Luxury Apartment project was born.
This $15.6 million dollar project includes a six-story, 65-unit rental building that includes studios, one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments, ranging from 430 square feet to 1,120 square feet.
The units have been stylized to enhance the industrial features of the space, including large casement windows and high ceilings with exposed pipes and ducts. The units also include quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sportsters will love the bike racks and, if you ever want to leave your luxury space, you can play bocce, work out at the fitness center, and enjoy a club room, pool table and foosball game.
The developers haven’t forgotten about the furry residents either because the building comes with its own pet-grooming station.
The rents range from $2,000 to $3,650 per month. For more information on Norden Lofts in White Plains, check here.
