New Rochelle Adds New Construction Condo Development To Downtown
Badly needed new residential space is coming to downtown New Rochelle.

The new-construction condominium development, repped by Lisa Sangster and Iliana Fleischman of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realtors, is located on Maple Avenue. Each building sports two single-levels units, each of which has a full four bedrooms and three baths.
Each unit costs between $689,000 and $699,000 and includes a stylish design with modern amenities. Built in 2018 by William Alicea, the open floor plan includes a full kitchen with new appliances and waterfall-edge island, wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout, and lots of light with large windows and a glass enclosed sunroom. Each unit also comes with a private backyard, two car-garage, and basement storage.

This condo development is a part of the December 2015 decision by the New Rochelle City Council to facilitate greater construction on the downtown and invest in projects that benefit the community. Chase Bank is also taking interest in the area and its residents by offering a $2,500 rebate to buyers of the Maple Avenue development at closing.
