Random Wedding Related Errands: Part One

Along with being the groom to be comes many weird little errands that I am asked to run. I do these out of love and my essential need to KEEP DANA'S STRESS LEVEL LOW. The fewer things for her to worry about doing the better. One of my first errands was mailing out the Bridal Party cookie requests. Is that what they’re called? I think so. Basically, they are custom made cookies that Dana ordered online for each member of her bridal party, including the maid of honor, asking in a very sweet (literally) way, "Will you be my bridesmaid?" They’re actually very cute and personal. Not that I’ll be sending my groomsmen cupcakes with they’re initials inscripted on them, but still. They’re cool, FOR GIRLS.

On my way to work the other day, I stopped off at the post office to mail these cookies out. It didn’t take long, and I sprung for the cost. I felt like I was being helpful even though it wasn’t that big a deal. I mean, Dana’s work hours don’t allow her to get to the Post Office, and she’s always doing nice things for me, like doing my laundry and packing me lunch for work, it was the least I could do. I’m sure there will be more random wedding errands to come, and I will be there to run them.
