Nice review. Big fan of Lefteris, and have never been to Santorini, but definately gonna give it a shot.2 things:1. Any truth to the rumor that Lefteris is considering an expansion of their spots down to Main Street in Yonkers?2. What's your take on the soup. For me the Lentil soup is almost a given that I will order it, unparalleled in my opinion. The Lemon Chicken soup is also really good, with a nice lemon accent. Please to offer any insight (maybe down the road when you get a chance).thanks, love the column.s
Thanks, reader, for doing what you do. As for Lefteris expansion, I'm not aware of any Yonkers plans but the restaurarant does have a branch in Mt. Kisco -- that's not saying that it's not in the works, though. Please let us know if you hear any more rumors. As for the soups, to be honest, I'm usually so overwhelmed by huge salads and compulsively addictive hummus that I can't manage another starter-- a shame, really, because I'm fond of a good avgolemono.
