In past years, frozen yogurt has made a big comeback in Westchester. Looking to get your fix of this healthier, yet arguably equally delicious, frozen treat? These six spots are offer froyo, tons of toppings, and so much more.
Located at the Metro-North station, Brrzaar is the total package, offering a variety of hot and cold drinks, healthy bites (avocado toast, anyone?), and even a frozen-yogurt sandwich. But at the end of the day Brrzaar prides itself on the quality of its signature froyo, which is certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and made with live cultures, yet still manages to be extra creamy (and one could argue extra delicious).
This colorful self-serve spot is the perfect place to kick back with friends and enjoy some froyo. Flavors, which change frequently, include espresso, cake batter, dulce de leche, and no-sugar-added vanilla and chocolate. (There are also multiple non-dairy and lactose-free options.) Located next to the Bow Tie Mount Kisco Cinemas, Frannie’s is the perfect post-movie treat. With 90 topping possibilities, you can create a custom swirl that will appease any type of craving. That’s also thanks to the wide variety of flavors that range from your typical vanilla to an unexpected peach-white-tea tart.
Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor
Fair warning: One look at the toppings bar may overwhelm you — in the best way possible.
