Rye House’s Manhattan location is famed for its craft cocktails, and the new Port Chester branch doesn’t disappoint. The Negrosa pairs OJ, sweet vermouth, juniper, rosemary, and Champagne for a bubbly concoction; there are also standards like the Bloody Mary, of course.
