Singer Rufus Wainwright might have never lived in Westchester, but he comes from a long line of family members who have: singer/actor father Loudon III and aunt Sloan, grew up in Bedford and Sloan still lives here. So, when I found out that Rufus had recently designed a tank top for the Fashion Against AIDS campaign for H&M, I felt the Westchester connection was alive and well—and that you should know about it. 01/16/08A Thong...For Your Feet?
It's called a Foothong. As in, foot thong. Basically, it's a knee-high stocking where the foot has been cut, and the wearer is left with a piece of material to slip between any of her toes. Designed by Mic, the company says it can go from "the boardroom to the bedroom" and the website offers photos of women wearing them with open-toe shoes and sandals.
