All Access Healthcare Series

The Westchester County Association is holding its healthcare discussion panel on April 11th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at 455 South Broadway in Tarrytown.  The panel will feature healthcare experts as they discuss the challenges of providing affordable healthcare and invite attendees to brainstorm creative solutions.

Professional Women of Westchester Conversation

On April 8, Professional Women of Westchester will hold its event Speak Up: Turning Up the Volume with Thought Leadership at Sam’s of Gedney Way at 50 Gedney Way in White Plains from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Public relations expert Filomena Fanelli, CEO and founder of Impact PR & Communications, will encourages women from all backgrounds to embrace their voice and to be an audible part of the conversation through thought leadership.

Healthcare Analytics Course

Healthcare industry professionals will be running a five-week course exploring the value of using data to make informed business decisions, designed for healthcare managers bearing little experience with analytics.  This event begins on April 24, with a different class taking place every consecutive Tuesday until May 22 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Lobby Level Board Room at 1133 Westchester Avenue, White Plains.

2nd Annual Real Estate Summit

The Westchester County Association will hold its 2nd Annual Real Estate Summit on May 22 rom 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Hilton Westchester at 699 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook. During the event, visitors can learn how to get involved in WCA’s program to spur economic growth in the region by improving planning, zoning, and approval processes, bettering the future of real estate in Westchester.

Westchester-Putnam Youth Summit 2018

On April 4th from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on 66 Hale Avenue in White Plains, young adults will learn how to set goals, learn important interviewing skills, and meet businesses owners looking to hire.Anyone from the age of 16 to 24 can participate in the Youth Summit that includes interactive workshops where business professionals act as mentors to help young people navigate the path to their desired career.

Evening Networking Reception

The Business Council of Westchester will hold an evening networking reception on Tuesday, April 10, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at iPic Theaters & City Perch Restaurant at 1 Livingstone Avenue in Dobbs Ferry. During this event sponsored by Strategies for Wealth, people can meet, socialize, and network with Business Council of Westchester members over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner

Join the best of the business community to honor the companies selected for the prestigious BCW Business Hall of Fame. The winners will be honored at the 2018 Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle. The winners are: Corporate Citizenship- Houlihan Lawrence; Entrepreneurial Success- RXR Realty; Family Owned Business- Combe, Inc.; Small Business Success- D&D Elevator; Women in Business- Geri Pell, Pell Wealth Partners; and Chairman’s Recognition- Atlantic Westchester, Inc.

Westchester Business Expo

The Business Council of Westchester hosts their Westchester Business Expo on March 28th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Westchester at 699 Westchester Ave in Rye Brook. The event will feature more than 180 vendors and allow visitors the opportunity to meet new companies and suppliers, meet new resources, and ask “experts” for ideas and advice.

30th Annual Employer Recognition Breakfast

The Arc Westchester will host its 30th Annual Employer Recognition Breakfast on April 27 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at The Doubletree Tarrytown. The event will celebrate 250 business and community partners throughout Westchester who provide employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sally Paull, senior vice president of Regeneron, will accept the Share of Voice Award on behalf of Regeneron during the morning event.
